It is envisaged that the successful candidate will commence in an internal Customer Support role and advance through a direct Sales Support function into a full time Sales Engineer’s position within a three year period.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate most or all of the following selection criteria:

• You are a self-driven and motivated individual with a passion for mechanical / automated solutions.
• You are a strong communicator with an investigative approach to problem solving.
• You must enjoy interacting with others and building strong relationships, as this is very much a “Consultative” sales process. - We are NOT looking for a “hard line” pushy Sales person focused on the one off sale and moving on.!
• You are good with technology and have a strong attention to detail   

This role would be ideally suited to a recent Mechatronics or similar Graduate, or apprentice Electrician or Fitter, who would like to embark on a career in Sales. However applications from driven individuals who want to learn the industry and build a career, are also strongly encouraged.
